The hot tub has cracked. There were people wandering all over the place. The bed was in a tiny space and the hot tub space was bare. The TV where the bed was, the remote didn't work. There was nothing where the TV was in the hot tub space. The breakfast was sad. The coolers were empty. It was stale cereal and waffles. The coffee was nasty.

It was very dirty. There were stains on the sheets. The breakfast was slim to nothing. It was extremely loud all night from people inside and outside of the building. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The bathroom was dirty. I had to sleep with a sheet and a blanket that was so thin it was basically a second sheet. They didn’t give me the right room (I booked a king room, and they gave me a conjoined queen room) so I not only did not feel safe, I also paid for something I didn’t get. I had to put a post-it over the eye hole because the cover was broken off.

Mattress for sofa bed missing and a filthy holey mattress was brought to the room; I didn't allow them to leave it. Halls smells, breakfast area dirty.
