Very racist employees working here. Very rude and nasty. We had the kitchen staff watching us when making breakfast like they've never seen black people. Housekeeping came to our room banging on the door. It was disgusting to be here. Key cards don't work. Tvs went out with no service we had to use our phones and when they stated they would give us a discount and change the room rates, we still got fully charged for such poor service. We had to endure all this nonsense with three babies and we were there for a family emergency. It sucks. We will not be back to bowling Green and if we do go back it will not be here! That's a definite

The manager was very helpful. We had car troubles on the highway nearby and needed a place to stay. They got us into a room 2-3 hours before normal check-in time. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and a nice park with a disc golf course as well.

The pool was cold, and the hot tub was room temperature.

Breakfast was great. Everything was always stocked. Great variety of breakfast items hot and cold.

Alot of things were under construction so no restrooms available downstairs and only 1 elevator. Other than that it was a wonderful property!!

The hotel is under renovation and was not told this til we got there. That is false advertisement. The pool area was trashed by teenagers and there was something floating on top of the top like oil or urine. Front desk worker just shrugged and said it’s just kids. No fitness room. Absolutely terrible that we could not used amenities we paid for.
