The receptionists was irritated and telling other guests that she didnt want to take of some Spanish people. If you get irritated like that so fast well youre in the wrong place maam cause youre supposed be polite and welcoming topeople nomatter what.

Desk clerk wasn't very personable. The phone didn't work in our room. The carpet is in bad shape. The key pads wouldn't work on the doors on the outside and no one told us, that's poor management. In the morning the fire alarm kept going off. Terrible.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. My room that I was occupied in for 3 days was booked out to someone else. Had to leave and get another room which took over an hour on the phone to find a comparable room. I was satified with the change of hotels however.

This experience was horrible. No key card for rooms had to be escorted to room each entry. Last night could not leave cause they lost all access. Staff had attitude each time they had to let me back in. Bed was damaged was told try to fix myself.

The whole Hotel smells Opened the windows to air out my room. Didn't help Went to Aldi's & purchased Air freshner for my room Was unaware that the room didn't have a hair dryer. People seem to actually live there full-time Never again!

Nothing,The room smelled like tobacco when I checked in.Had to open the windows,athe hallway was very filthy,No breakfast apparently it was finished early.Overall the hotel appears to dated and up kept property...I will never stay there again

I had a reservation and when I went there to check in. They said they were sold out. The front desk said someone was supposed to call me and let me know, but I never received a call. I had to cancel and get a refund. I am dissapointed in the service.
