Positives:
The common areas were clean and inviting. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had lots of options and matches other hotel breakfasts.
Negatives:
The light behind our mirror in the bathroom did not work. We told staff, but it was not fixed during our stay. Some of the hotel was outdated including our shower, the a/c unit and elevator.

Truthfully there wasn't much that felt redeeming about our experience

It took almost 12 calls and a combined time of 45 minutes to get through, when we did get through we spoke with hotel employee who was rude and dismissive. She outright lied to us. Then they put us in a king room when we paid for two queens. Awful service.

Very clean and nice place. Would not hesitate to stay here again. There is also a very nice Amish store just a few minutes away

The location was great for passing thru Ohio on our way home. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options. It looked like the pool was nice, although we didn't use it.
Negatives:
The bathroom floor had several hairs on it that weren't ours, so it didn't feel clean. The room had a funny odor when we first got there, although it was fine after awhile. (Maybe what was used to clean?) The room was very cold when we first got there.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

Lacked body soap. Their supplies had run out and were still on order. So, yeah, used Walmart hand soap that was at the sink to wash.

The bathroom and shower were clean and large. The beds were SUPER comfortable. We slept like babies. Loved that you had a microwave and fridge in the room! Also appreciated the full-length mirror.
Negatives:
You may want to fill some of the dead space in the hotel rooms. There was an entire, blah empty corner. Maybe a chair and a picture on the wall? Also, bar soap would have been helpful.

Friendly welcome by receptionist, who accommodated our pet with a room on 1st floor near exterior door. Most comfortable bed & linens I've ever slept on. The usual great Holiday Inn Express breakfast ready at 5:40 am so we could get an early start. Quiet room just off the interstate in uncongested area.

Can't think of anything.
