There was not anywhere comfortable to sit in the room. There was only a hard back chair in the corner and an uncomfortable desk chair.
I specifically booked this hotel for the pool/hot tub. There was never anything said that the pool was closed for renovations, if I had known that I would have stayed somewhere else.

Attractive location close to major highway intersection. Beds were good.
Negatives:
We had two negative issues with this hotel. First, our room was set up so that the air conditioner would not come on unless someone was physically in the room. This means in the summer time that the room is an oven for the first 20 minutes when we got back to the hotel after spending all day outside in the heat. That was very uncomfortable.
Second, my brother and I were staying for a nearby multiple day shooting match. Between us we had 300 lbs of cased target firearms that could not be left in the car overnight. The property had 2 luggage carts. We got to use one once on Thursday night when we checked in. But for the rest of the stay through Sunday morning, no carts were available. When we asked at the desk we were told that people keep them in their rooms and they had no idea where the carts had gone.
That’s ridiculous. When the desk checks in a party who rolls their luggage past the desk on a cart that is not returned, it’s obvious which room has the cart. At one point we even saw that the desk had loaned a laundry cart to an elderly couple to move their luggage in from the car.
So we ended up having to hand carry 300 lbs of luggage in and out of our room fives times during our three night stay. We shoot that match every year and will not stay at this hotel again.
