I didn't like it at all. We found bedbugs in our rooms. So we ask for refund and didn't stay there. They gentleman ask the front accused of planting the bug. But my daughters room had sign all over the box springs. And now he telling me I don't deserve a full refund. I to reach out their Corp and they are telling me Booking.com has to refund it. I called the manager back he hung up on me. So now as right now I am out 292.56. I this doesn't get fits I will put it all over social media and I will never use Booking.com again.

The location was good for the event that I was attending. Liked that our room was on the first floor and that they were pet friendly.
Negatives:
There were bugs in the rooms, like little roach type bugs crawling on the walls. The hotel was renovating the upstairs rooms, and the pool was closed.

Everything the rooms where done like remodeling the whole thing the elevator half worked & keys cards wouldn’t let us in the rooms no ice bucket but the ice machine didn’t work anyways no coffee maker no cups no shampoo no conditioner just soap

The location was decent. Close to shops.

The property was poorly taken care of. Room was not cleaned well, food on the floor, stained bedding, dirty walls, no garbage cans in the room, bathroom was not very clean.

Definitely not like any Wyndham...
Positives:
Nothing. Worst stay ever.
Negatives:
Rooms were terrible. They had us in 2 different rooms. Urine all over the toilet, tobacco spit in the toilet. When I asked for a refund, the guy instantly called 911 and made up a BS story that I was being irate and he was afraid I was going to cause him harm.

Indoor swimming pool was out of service and the bedding was chintzy. The air conditioner only had one speed- high. No control over the temperature in the room.
