Positives: The staff and location were okay.

Negatives: The hotel grounds were filthy. It looked like drug deals were going down in the parking lot. The area seemed unsafe. The room was old, dirty and needed renovation. Ditto for the bathroom. Only one of three dresser drawers was operable. There was no daily cleaning even though we were there four nights. We had to go to the office to get trash bags, clean towels, and toilet paper. There were no coffee pots in the room. Caulking around the shower was dirty. The floor of room and bathroom were dirty.
