The hotel was fully booked so I didn't get my prepaid room. I had to leave my nephews wedding reception early after sobering up so I could drive the 2 hours home. Ruined my birthday as well. Very sad. I used booking a lot but this is the second time I kinda got ripped off. 2 Booking reps talked to hotel management yet I still haven't been reimbursed. They need to make it right.
