NOTHING! The front of staff was rude and not helpful AT ALL

I pre-paid for a room and when I arrived I was told they did not have a reservation for me. Even though I had a confirmation number from them and an e-mail welcoming me. I had to shell out another $300 to stay someone else. Did not get any help from them but an attitude. They messed up and refused to take ownership of their mistake. I have stay there several times before with no issues. But this property has lost my business.
