Stunning Museum and room was clean with lovely amenities. I loved the touch of art in the room found in the tiles and decor. Nice staff and great location, loved seeing Cincinnati.
Negatives:
Both sink and tub drains were clogged in our room and filled fast when using. The shower head is also small. The room felt damp and there was no fan available in the bathroom.

The property was very convenient to the theater event we were traveling for. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The artwork was a fun touch.
Negatives:
For the price, I expected better quality. The carpeting was stained, the baton had cracked tiles and metal corrosion in the shower. The night before check in, my credit card was charged for the stay and was more than the confirmed price of the booking app receipt which stated taxes and fees were already included. I inquired about the overage when checking in and the desk attendant didn’t know nor look into it, she simply said “probably some fee”. Upon check out I wasn’t given any receipt.
