Location is great. Front desk was extremely helpful and nice.
Negatives:
They have a bar upstairs. The bar tenders couldn't keep up the long line extremely, and the staff upstairs was stressed, and it showed. The bar inside was extremely busy too way to busy to only have one bar tender but stayed friendly and worked quickly as possible. Staffing for bar areas was not prepared for a sold-out hotel and one of the busy weekends in Cincinnati.

Breakfast was ok. Would have been nice to have some hot food to start the day. Beds were super comfortable and I loved having 4 pillows. Bathroom a nice size and shower was good.

Bathroom door was HEAVY. There were times I thought I might not get out. Floors in bedroom need deep cleaning. There are faint black trails everywhere. Read at desk was very nice as were the valets.

Theres no such things of breakfast buffet omelets bacon all that like used to. But they have options 1-4 for you to choose 1 option out of those 4 and some fruit cereal tea coffee etc for buffet.
I didn't like the loud big fan noise at night, my baby and I ended up up all night, really tried to sleep, but didn't sleep at all. I paid for the king size bed as well but didn't feel like king size bed because I have a king size bed at home, i didn't have to squeeze this much like this at home.
Paid for the river view but got the 4th floor. I wish it was a higher floor.
I like the rain shower but I wish there's some water pressure in it. The water pressure was running soft.
There's no microwave in the bedroom
Rooftop wasn't available to go up,
No storage in the bathroom. A little space or area to put your things around.
