THE Staff was VERY NICE...

Location is in a downtown, so it is close to everything.
Negatives:
Hotel is very close to a stadium, if there is a game on the stadium it is impossible to sleep as you hear a loud music and noise coming from outside.
I travelled for work and one night costed approximately $500 with tax. If you pay so much for a night, you would at least expect your room to be clean. I was shocked when I entered my room and saw hair and urine on the toilet cover. They changed the room. But a new room had a strong smell similar to cannabis.
At the day of my check out, even though check out is at 11am, someone (I assume it was housekeeping staff) opened my door with their key without knocking. I was lucky I used additional upper lock and he or she couldn’t fully open the door. If I had been in the bathroom at that time, that would have been a big “surprise”.
Bed linen was not ironed very well, so when you look at it first thought you get is “Did someone sleep here?” But then I noticed that both beds looked the same, so they just don’t iron properly.
Additionally , there were large stains on the carpet floor in the corridor on the 5the or six floor. You would not expect that in such an expensive hotel.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay, but unfortunately there are not some many alternatives available in Cincinnati. All options are pricey and low quality.
