Between Thursday, Nov 21st, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Nov 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Nov 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Clean room, visibility to my car in the parking lot.

Negatives: Elevator was out of service. No microwave in my room. Limited number of channels on the TV. Breakfast was only a packaged muffin with tea or coffee. Poor compared to similar breakfasts in other Days Inn that I’ve been to.

Negatives: The evening clerk charged us 3 times for our stay and we have to wait to be reimbursed, he was rude, refused to let us talk to a manager. No tub drain plug, tub was chipped and cracked. Our room door had to be slammed to shut.

Positives: The location was good for the places we wanted to go to.

Negatives: No breakfast! 1st morning, went down around 9am (breakfast said 6:30am-9:30am). No coffee and no food at all. 2nd morning, went down around 8am, no coffee (said coffee maker broke) but did get 2 packs of muffins. That was the “breakfast”. Our toilet leaked, towels were like sandpaper and hardly any room in bathrooms.

Negatives: The room had mold on the ceiling and behind the toilet and mold under the sink wall and holes the toilet would not flush so could not use it.....the sink had slimy hair in the drain had to clean it out so the water could go down....so my stay was not pleasant.....I was in room 113 ....could not get another room I'm glad it's over .....
