Lot of people walking through parking lot at all hours of the night. No mini fridge or microwave- not enough towels and no toilet paper ( had to go to store to buy some ) also had to buy air fresheners- the room smelled like stale cigarettes

The room was clean. Check in was easy. Very quiet.
Negatives:
Room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. Outside was a little run down but not that important to us. There were holes and a few stains, that looked like gum or something, on the sheets.

The neighborhood did not feel like a safe one, with people loitering around the parking lot late at night, which made us uneasy during check in. Facility appeared very dated and in a state of disrepair but decided to try it. Opened the door that didn’t feel like it would stop anyone, to be greeted by the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. We walked right back out and asked for a refund due to this as we wouldn’t have been able to sleep.
