Negatives: Being hit by shelves falling off the walls

Negatives: The neighborhood did not feel like a safe one, with people loitering around the parking lot late at night, which made us uneasy during check in. Facility appeared very dated and in a state of disrepair but decided to try it. Opened the door that didn’t feel like it would stop anyone, to be greeted by the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. We walked right back out and asked for a refund due to this as we wouldn’t have been able to sleep.

Negatives: TV remote didnt work. Not a big deal, I just used buttons on side of set

Negatives: I didn't like that there was no fridge or microwave. Other than that it was greatI didn't like that there was no fridge or microwave. Other than that it was great

Negatives: Smelled like smoke in a non smoking room . Cops had to come for a break-in . We ended up checking out at 1 am and drove home 5 hours.

Negatives: Rooms were diagonally opposite and on two different floors. Sink was clogged. Had to ask for a plunger to partially free it. Breakfast was a sweet roll and a piece of fruit to take to room. Room access was from the outside with no elevator available. My wife uses a walker. Think about it. Thankfully, the staff was able to find a room on the 1st floor for us. As non-smokers, sleeping in a room that smelled like the inside an ashtray was a real challenge - especially since the room was designated as non-smoking..

Negatives: I didn’t like the room. It was dated, smelled like an old bar. Everything felt sticky. And when you go to take a shower and the shower head moves in the wall!!!??

Negatives: Fire alarm covered up Saran Wrap. The dead bolt in 216 did not work at all and the flip lock was also completely broke. Some of electrical wall plugs didn’t work. Hookers were working the complex.

Negatives: The room was dirty and the sheets had burn holes in them. We couldn’t walk to our room directly because someone was living there with pets and had the walkway blocked with dog fencing.

Negatives: Floors sticky and dirty , side table was broken , walls were cracked and holes in the wall , smelled when going in

Negatives: The rooms were disgusting. The bathroom was dirty and there were cigarette burns on the comforter. We booked 2 rooms for a concert and asked for a refund and went to the Courtyard Marriott.
