Positives: The property is very close to the University of Cincinnati and is generally well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the hotel includes a fitness center.

Negatives: The hotel wasn’t as clean as it has been in past years, and non-working machines in the fitness center were never repaired over my four-day stay.
