Negatives:
There should be instructions as to where the parking garage is - and you should share those instructions prior to arrival. Also - be sure people know that they have to walk a block to get back to the hotel if they do park in that lot.
The TV did not offer much options and the remote feels like it is from ten years ago.

Positives:
Staff was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable when asked about navigating the downtown area, suggested a free trolley that we weren't aware of to reach our destination. Room was great! Clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast selections were plentiful and we'll prepared.
Negatives:
View from window was a brick wall, but I guess I should have expected that in a downtown area.

The location is perfect if youre planning on going to a Reds game during your stay! The room was also very spacious and nice and cold when we slept.
Negatives:
The room wasnt as clean as we hoped it would be. It had definitely been cleaned that day, but there were some spots that were missed (there were dried contact lenses on the counter, the shelves in the shower had grime on them).
