I had a family emergency, so I used the options of canceling through Booking.com, emailed and called, no response. When I called, the gentleman couldn't do anything and said he'd leave a note for the manager coming in next shift. Still nothing. Tried charging my card. I understand the cancelation policy, but there's an option to waive fees, and lack of communication is unprofessional.

Although we were spared, there were car break ins at the hotel. The hotel is not liable for this, that?s fair and they were up front about parking at your own risk. Apparently it has been a recurring problem.

The breakfast was good. Location was great for us. We stayed for a concert at Bogarts. The location was perfect.

The staff was rude. Although the room was fairly clean, a spider fell on me from the ceiling while I was in the shower. You also have to pay for parking.

Front desk staff wasn't very friendly. They weren't outwardly rude, but seemed to be bothered that they had check me in and out. They didn't respond when I said, "Good morning," rather just gave me an apathetic look in response.

The rooms that I booked were supposed to be handicap accessible, yet we had to change rooms as their toilet was too low and there was a step up and no seat , the staff were able to change rooms , also the doors are almost impossible to open and push wheel

Falsely charged for room damage even though I found the damage and took a photo of it. Staff was busy and couldnt talk to me the first time. Then I tried to report it again but the desk was dealing with a medical emergency so I called the manager later. She never answered and I was billed 250 for a broken tv. I finally got a hold of her and she said someone must of broken the tv during our stay (even though we were only in the room from 12:30am-10:30am) and she wasnt going to argue and hung up the phone.
Even before the extra charges this was sub par. The elevator smelled bad, the beds were very uncomfortable, the shower didnt drain, and they dont validate parking (you will be billed on check out)

it was close to the university. it was clean and well maintained.

the beds were awful! Hamptons usually have nice beds but these were terrible. Also the breakfast needed to be maintained a little better we got there at 8:10 and everything was empty and it took a long time to refill.
