Falsely charged for room damage even though I found the damage and took a photo of it. Staff was busy and couldn’t talk to me the first time. Then I tried to report it again but the desk was dealing with a medical emergency so I called the manager later. She never answered and I was billed 250 for a broken tv. I finally got a hold of her and she said someone must of broken the tv during our stay (even though we were only in the room from 12:30am-10:30am) and she wasn’t going to argue and hung up the phone.
Even before the extra charges this was sub par. The elevator smelled bad, the beds were very uncomfortable, the shower didn’t drain, and they don’t validate parking (you will be billed on check out)

the beds were awful! Hamptons usually have nice beds but these were terrible. Also the breakfast needed to be maintained a little better we got there at 8:10 and everything was empty and it took a long time to refill.
