I called ahead to insure I had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch for our children. And the room we had, was dirty, and didn’t come with a pull out couch. I called them and there was nothing they could do for me. I had asked the front desk to send over lots of extra blankets and pillows, it took them over 2 hours to bring them. And , I called at the 1 hour mark. Terrible stay.

The only thing that was great at this facility was the pool (kids loved it) and the shower pressure.
Negatives:
The facility hallway had a nasty smell, our room 202, two bedroom suite had stained carpet, dirty drawers with crumbs. The walls were filthy, the carpet was filthy, the closet doors and entry doors were dirty. The couch had dirty head marks on it and the chair was very dirty looking.

I like that there was a mini kitchen. The kitchen had a stove, microwave, fridge, dishes and sink.
Negatives:
The place was not the cleanest. Walls were dirty look like they had pop spilled and no one ever cleaned up. Rugs were not vacuumed. The pull out bed and couch had stains all over it.

Saturday morning and Saturday night and Sunday morning there was no hot water. Each time he got it to work then it wouldn't. We finally got it to work. There were no non skid stickers in the tub. My husband slipped, grabbed the bar fell backwards and broke the toilet tank. Had to change rooms and that shower was cold. I expected them to offer us a refund but they didn't

Dirty, there was roaches, tub was dirty and pull out bed was disgusting. Hair was everyone no sheets or nothing on the bed or even in closet. When I called for sheets they didn’t have any.

We chose this hotel because we have stayed here on 2 previous occasions.
Negatives:
Upon checkin we were told that extra towels would be about 20 mins. There were unsavory looking individuals hanging around outside. There was a door propped open by the lock with a large dog barking behind it. The doors to the bathroom were filthy with hand and fingerprints. The beds were smaller than before. The sofa bed had no sheets on it or even in the closets. The safe bed mattress was dark brown in spots. There was a roach crawling up the kitchen wall. We immediately packed our belongings and requested a refund!
