Positives: Cool old building in a good location.
Negatives: Room was not worth the value in anyway. Couch had a hole, stain on the floor, dirt and dust on surfaces. Biggest problem was that I booked through booking.com and paid extra for early check in - late check out and $50 a day property credit. Turns out you don’t need to pay for early check in and they can’t even guarantee it and we never received our $50 credit. When I asked the hotel staff they said booking.com would give it to me and when I called customer service for booking.com they said it was the hotels job. Had other friends staying in the area with a beautiful view of the river and breakfast for $100 or more less and the rooms were nicer. Would not recommend.

Positives: Food , beverage, and staff. Staff was very kind and courteous at every encounter Martini was amazing. Definitely a great way to start my evening. I wanted something quick and light before I left for my event and the crab cake appetizer was so yummy. I wanted to come back and try other things, but I arrived too late for service. Poor planning on my part.
Negatives: The room was disappointing. Damage to ceiling, shower head dirty/deposits on the head, footprint stains in carpet, aroma in room. Could hear the guest next door in the bathroom while I was laying in my bed. Self serve food area was OK, not a wide variety since I got back late to the hotel after service had ended.

Positives: We stayed at the hotel as it was close to the 2day concert Cincinnati Music Festival had tickets for. We were close enough to walk to all activities. We had a 2 bathroom suite which for 3 ladies is wonderful . The art deco bar and staff was Fabulous as usual
Negatives: The price of the rooms this weekend felt like they quadrupled for 2nights was over $2,000. The hotel was so crowded that weekend we had to wait 30+minutes each time we attempted to ride the elevator. At one point a hotel employee took groups of overflow guests on a back freight elevator to their room floors, due to having to sit in the lobby for what felt like hours. The fixtures/furniture in the suite were old and need updating. The shade of the lamp in the living room of the suite, crumbled at the touch. I hadn't stayed at the hotel in several years and was disappointed in it's appearance.
