.The customer service rep when I checked in, she had a wonderful personality.
Negatives:
The room could use more cleaning, floor barely swept, and bed had stains under the covers. I asked for some complimentary tooth brushes and the lady said they don’t have any without looking to see if they had some in the storage room.
