Positives: The rooms was clean.
Negatives: I literally had no key to my room. Staff was fixing stuff on their end and I had them let me in the room bc they couldn’t provide me a key at the time of checkin. When I went to car to get my stuff I had to put a trash can in front of my room door so I could get back in my room. Again no room key for 2 hours into stay. I had things to go. I had no key. For the price I paid that was not called for or normal. It is not my problem they had problems with the keys. I paid for my Room

Positives: The breakfast was decent but not included.
Negatives: At checkin they said we didn’t pre pay through booking that only a hold was made. So we we paid again. I double checked and before checkout saw we did already pay. At checkout we notified the desk. They cancelled the second form of payment but when they had me pay for our breakfast they charged the entire room to my debit card again. I didn’t realize until I got home and saw it on my bank transactions. The receipt I was given was only for breakfast. I called Hilton and after needing to speak to a supervisor to resolve they credited it back. However that credit took 6 business to be put back in my account.

Positives: I did like the pool, fitness area, the front desk people. The keyless entry was nice
Negatives: The parking garage needs cameras or security The first night there multiple rentals were broke into & vandalized including mine Dealing with a family death & this unfortunate event made the stay in Cincinnati worse. Need a bigger parking lot upstairs The $3 small bowl of cereal was definitely over priced. So I was definitely disappointed with breakfast

Positives: Breakfast was prepared to order and was fresh and very good
Negatives: Most hotels have things in-room like ( a pen, stationary, locale info, local services and attractions info, hotel facilities info, extra pillow or 2 etc.) stuff like that. This hotel had none of that. Their restaurant I was expecting to eat dinner at when I checked in had no food except for like 1 or 2 items.
