When we arrived and checked our room there was food along both of the beds, the floor and the microwave were both dirty. The next day we asked for a clean and they never got to it. So we had towels from the pool in our room the entire time.

The room was spacious and clean. Nice amenities for a hotel when staying with kids. It was nice having the kitchenette and separate seating area to spread out. Breakfast was good. Waffles, yogurt bar, cereal, breads and eggs. Something for everyone. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No remote when we entered the room, the remote given to us by front desk didn’t work. It was 11p when we got a remote that worked. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice.
No shower gel in shower, which means no soap. Your housekeeping needs to double check the items in the room.
