The staff was very helpful and friendly. The suite was good sized. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast.

The pull out couch bed was the most uncomfortable bed. There were springs literally poking you all night. This was really our only complaint.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, but...

The location was near our venue.
Negatives:
The value was not there, the staff was unbelievably rude. Our room was not ready at check in, we drove 3hrs, and had to sit in the lobby then missed our dinner reservations. Due to a concert in town we were unable to get into any other restaurant. Our digital key repeatedly stopped working and at midnight I had to get a new regular key. For $500 this was just ridiculous.

Check in was a horrible ordeal. Got to the hotel early after asking several times for early check-in. Finally got a room at 3:30 (whole trip was for a 410 REDS ball game. We did receive a discount for the whole ordeal Many frustrated guests. Hotel staff checking in guest we're not very professional to each other. One employee walked off in the middle of checking in guests in front of us. We assume her shift was over

The lobby is pleasant, and the breakfast that is provided is tasty. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was nice to receive a bottled water at check-in. The valet parking staff was great.
Negatives:
When entering the street level lobby, there was no signage, or staff, to direct you to the second floor lobby. We had to ask the valet parking service staff where to go. The carpeting on the public areas was beyond dirty; it was filthy. When you see something that is that dirty, it makes you wonder how clean the rest of the areas can be.
