Negatives: The lady that was working the front desk on Tuesday morning was extremely rude and very disrespectful and kicked me out of my room when I had a reservation set to extend my stay. This particular person walked outside and sat down and started smoking!

Negatives: The place is apparently under new management and obviously struggling. Trashy walls with peeling wallpaper. Floors looked as if the bag on the vacuum hasnt been emptied in months. Rooms werent the greatest with visible possible unwanted stains.

Negatives: The staff was mostly foreign and did not understand the numerous issues we had (language barrier). However, they were friendly. The elevators were dysfunctional. Room smelled like smoke. Shower handle came off in my hand. Room keys kept not working.

Positives: It was a room, shower worked, it had beds, temperature was good. Location and room were quiet. Hotel wasnt booked solid so plenty of parking.
Negatives: We were in town to enjoy Kings Island for their last weekend. When we checked in we were to have 2 beds a a pull out sofa. When we checked our room it had a single b3d and a pull out. Went to let the front desk know, showed them our reservation with the correct information and they basically told us it was not their problem that the booking service had made a mistake and left us standing in the lobby for 40 minutes trying to reach the booking service. By the time I had reached the booking service the hotel staff finally 'figured out' a way to give us the correct room. I would have left had they not already charged my card and my booking was non-refundable. The room was decent, nothing exceptional and since we didnt plan on doing anything but sleeping and showering it was fine

Negatives: The first room we checked into had stink bugs everywhere. We went back to get another room and the second room didnt have enough beds. So we had to go back a 3rd time and it was either bug room or too few beds room so we went with too few beds.
