The lady that was working the front desk on Tuesday morning was extremely rude and very disrespectful and kicked me out of my room when I had a reservation set to extend my stay. This particular person walked outside and sat down and started smoking!
Negatives:
The lock wasn’t working. There is no hot water. When I reached out to front desk, the staff didn’t care. She was so mean and called us “Scums”. I didn’t feel safe and vacated immediately.

Pretty much everything was out of order elevator ice machines etc. also there was absolutely no hot water you couldn’t even call it Luke warm. I have never experienced that even at a bad hotel before

The place is apparently under new management and obviously struggling. Trashy walls with peeling wallpaper. Floors looked as if the bag on the vacuum hasnt been emptied in months. Rooms werent the greatest with visible possible unwanted stains.
