Room not clean throughly. Gave me 1 wash cloth in room .phone didn't work in room. TV had cut off several times. Pool water was like ice couldn't get in kids didn't even want to. The dog floor was horrible I didn't know I was placed on animal floor

Basic fare but hot breakfast. Eggs were definitely the powdered kind but the biscuits/gravy was good. Its a plus to have breakfast included.

Cleanliness was poor..there were bits and pieces on the carpet, the uncarpeted floors felt sticky. It didnt feel safe in the elevator (our flight came in at midnight) and there was such strong smell of weed in the elevator and hallway. We couldnt wait to check out!

Smelled like urine badly in stairwells and 2nd floor... The people in room next to us sounded like they were in our room.... Till 3am two of the 3 nites... Shower was dirty...pool was ice cold and not 1 of my 3 kids would get in.. BIG LET DOWN!!.. pull out mattress looked as if it were pulled from a dumpster Dogs barking all nite and every time you walk down hall..
