The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great! The fire pit by the pool was fun!

The pool was so dirty that you couldn’t see the bottom. My daughter found many treasures on the bottom with googles along with very disgusting things that proved the pool hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. The whole hotel, specifically our floor stunk like pot. You could smell it in our room and it made our allergies act up. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room wasn’t clean.

No house keeping service during our entire stay. Had to ask for towels daily at front desk. Hallways were smelly and front desk staff was scarce.

The staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t clean and the hallways reeked of marijuana smoke. I generally strip the bed at every hotel I stay to check for bed bugs (they can be anywhere) and I found food crumbs on the mattress underneath the mattress protector. One morning I encountered a 2” long cockroach in my room. It made me uncomfortable so I cancelled the rest of my stay and moved to a different hotel.
