Amazing staff, fun pool, quiet environment, and comfortable room. I especially enjoyed the front desk agents who were welcoming and friendly during every interaction.
Negatives:
Breakfast could have been a bit better ? The muffins were a bit underdone, and choices were limited.

Front end staff/ lobby area was so nice and worked with us on getting everything situated!

It was great other than the breakfast being out of stuff an hour before it was over and the staff taking things from the area into the storage room before the end of breakfast and not bringing them back. On the last day only one juice of 3 were filled and the milk was also removed an hour before the end of breakfast hours she also didn’t try to see what was wrong with the pancake machine until people started complaining.

Hotel was advertised with a heated pool, now looking at older reviews the pool has not been heated in over a month. when I went to ask the desk about the pool being freezing cold and if they would turn the heater up they said it was broken I said that’s a shame we booked because of the pool. And right at the same time a man in the back is room started laughing.. weird coincidence. Also, we didn’t have bedbugs but the woman in front of us at the front desk got her room changed multiple times due to bed bugs. (Her original room had them, and then her replacement room also had them.) It’s unfortunate my daughter wanted to go swimming for her birthday, got advertised as having a heated pool and ended up being an ice bath.
