The only thing we ended up liking was the fact our whole family could stay in one room. The room was not clean, it was run down and dirty, stained and just looked like a dump it smelled like cigarettes, the only pan that was in the cabinet was dirty

The room was dirty, there was hair all in the tub. There were not utensils to cook with like advertised. The rugs were so gross and there was stuff all over them, clearly they werent vacuumed. It was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in.

Security- Doors open to the outside like a two-star hotel. TV remote did not work. Staff never responded to the desire to have the remote fixed. No iron and Iron board in the room.

Its not a single structure but multiple units of 4 living spaces. The toilet seat came off in one bathroom. The open floor plan doesnt allow for much privacy as the bedrooms have no doors.

Room was not cleaned well, had to ask for towels - was told to bring used ones back. Did not restock toilet paper - staff made us walk over at midnight and then only provided 2 rolls for 3 guests. Room smelled like smoke/was hazy 2 nights in a row.

Unfortunately, upon arrival there was a woman arguing with the staff and he did not know how to handle the situation. Also I noticed baby roaches. When I spoke to the staff about it he stated We get our building treated and if I had an issue said It

The breakfast options could be a lot better maybe muffins instead of bagels and some hot breakfast wouldnt hurt doesnt have to be a HUGE breakfast. I would suggest maybe eggs and bacon/sausage.
