The room stayed hot even when it was turned down and the refrigerator did not work it also stayed hot. The pizza we ordered from room service was cold when it came to us.

The last day when returning to my room the door war open after room was cleaned. Wash cloth used for cleaning was left in the bathroom and a bag of chips was missing. I had locked my luggage so nothing of personal belongs were missing. Just a bit strange my door was open.
