The rooms was nice and...

It was pretty clean until I found a humongous swatch of hair in between the toilet and vanity. Staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
The hotel has a sign in the front that says if they cannot make it right the night is on them. Immediately once I arrived I called the front desk for my room to be moved because I could hear the traffic. I arrived December 30 at almost 10p after traveling all day. I was exhausted. The hotel said that there were no rooms avail and I should speak with someone in the morning to see if there was availability at that time. The next morning, Dec 31, my room was switched but it was the same thing. I advised the front desk that I wanted to leave and not pay for the night because that's what the sign says. My request was ignored and instead I was offered to move to another room further down the hall and on another floor. I agreed that I would stay in that room and if it didn't work I would pay for the two nights and leave without any penalty for canceling the rest of the reservation. The clerk agreed. Truth is I was too tired to search for a hotel Dec 31 or January 1, pay higher rates and also have to remap all the planned activities to the new hotel.

We really liked the look of the room.
Negatives:
Check in took half an hour since there was only one staff member on site and she was taking care of something else in the hotel. It was no fault of her but we were shocked that for the size of the place only one person was working and for safety too. The person ahead of us had been there for about 10 minutes already and tried calling hoping someone would pick up. I found the office and looked in calling for someone.

The staff were super rude, and were not respectful at all when not only myself, but other people staying at the hotel constantly said “thank you” etc… & just to be ignored.
Our room was not cleaned in the slightest bit. There was hair everywhere in the shower & none of the shampoo, body wash, or conditioner filled, as well as the toilets had pee on them.
Over all the amenities were nice, but staff and cleanliness was very low!
