Negatives: Vending machine would not take a card for snacks.

Negatives: the bed!!!! the mattress really does need replacement. I sat down in the middle of the bed and felt like I was sinking.

Negatives: The beds were uncomfortable.

Negatives: My 10 year old didn't like the fact that there were no waffles available. This was no problem as he would rather make them than eat them. Everything was great!

Negatives: Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

Negatives: No scrambled eggs or bacon. No gravy for the biscuits

Negatives: However, with this one in particular: 1. The soundproofing of the rooms seems to be good except at the room entrance. The noise that comes in from the Hallway, especially as some guest are leaving in the mornings (Early pre 6:30am) are ridiculous. You can hear every door that closes as it slams shut up and down the Hallway, the voices carry up and down the Hallway to your room as well. 2. The 2nd shift staff wasn't very helpful or friendly on Saturday night. He went out of his way, by doing nothing but appearing to type on his computer, to help us when our room did not get cleaned (only there for 2 nights... so only really one day it needed cleaned and they missed). He informed us that all cleaning staff had gone for the day (It was like 2:15 pm). I asked for towels and coffee at the very least. He couldn't understand when I told him what he brought me for the coffee maker wasn't sufficient as he hadn't brought the disposable plastic trays the coffee goes in, in order to put it in the coffee maker and literally just stood there and was going to do nothing about it. Luckily the 3rd shift worker figured it out, by you know at least TRYING, when he came on so we had towels and coffee. 3. The breakfast was basically out of everything both mornings and only one staff worker handling all the food and he wasn't real interested in getting off his cell phone to do anything. Saturday morning, slowly but surely he refilled most things... eggs, potatoes... milk... etc. Sunday morning we sat down there for over 45 minutes... All juice configurations empty, milk empty, 2 of 3 coffee pots empty, eggs empty, gravy full, biscuits empty. Saw him walk through once to put more Chicken Nuggets (for breakfast???) out..... for breakfast, while on his Cell phone and literally never saw him again during out 45 minutes of eating bagels and butter. We weren't late getting there either. It was 7:30 AM. Breakfast supposed to serve until 10:30 AM, so ???
