Positives:
Clean and the cleaning crew definitely saved this stay for us. Near spotless room.
Negatives:
Our room was not ready on arrival even after we arrived 2hrs after check in time offered to us. Our 3rd party booking through Booking.com said Breakfast Included” and we had to argue with front desk over it so we weren’t charged for a less than desirable breakfast sandwich that was gas station quality heated up. The breakfast cost $32 for 4 small items and is not worth it.

Positives:
Location was great: walking distance to many restaurants, the stadium and the Rock Hall. For a downtown location, the price was reasonable.
Negatives:
The hotel is next to an event venue. We drove in on a Thursday, so we're tird and headed to bed early. But the venue had a party with music blasting till 11pm; it felt like we were trying to sleep on the dance floor at a club.
I did not find the platform bed comfortable.

The location was excellent, staff very friendly and offered lots of advice for tourist attractions and how to get around the city using Uber or Lyft apps.
Negatives:
Our room had a "musty" smell, coming from somewhere. My guess it was from the bathroom, and there is water getting in somewhere between the walls or something. It triggered my allergies BIG TIME!
