The front desk asked if I wanted a snack for my inconvenience. I was very upset.

Hotel bathroom had hair on the floor,walked into shower water didn't come out of shower head had to call after spending 30 mins trying to fix. the shower head needed to be replaced. The maintenance man came and replaced it.

There were some nice restaurants close by and we were heading to the rock n roll Hall of Fame in the morning. This was very convenient. The facility was clean and easy access. The vallet service was super easy.
Negatives:
It seemed geared more toward people, traveling for business. The elevator situation was odd.
