Negatives: Smelled so strongly of tobacco we couldn't sleep, many people loitering around the building, no staff at check in after hours, room was dirty with bugs, bad bad bad

Negatives: The rooms were not as nice and certainly not as clean as presented in their listing pictures. There was large dirt splatter on the wall near the bed. Also, when I was about to enter the bed at 11PM I noticed a large stain on the bed sheet when I pulled back the covers. I had to contact a staff member through the labby phone as there was no way to speak with someone in the building. The gentleman I spoke with was very rude. I was told there was no house keeping that time of night and that I would have to wait until the morning to get it resolved. I was annoyed to think that I was expected to sleep in a stained bed. He then asked why I didn't check the room for cleanliness when I first arrived which I don't think anyone should have to do when checking into a hotel. After much complaining I eventually was offered clean bed sheets but I eould have to strip the bed and then fit the new covers myself as the manager on duty said it's not her job. I declined and requested a new room or refund. Eventually I was offered a different room which was clean but no hand or shower towels in the room. I honestly would not recommend this location to anyone and think the owners needs to inspect the entire building, staff and procedures.

Negatives: even close to the airport, but you still need to take uber or taxi to get to the hotel , it costs me over 20 bucks one way for the 5 minutes trip. no toilet paper , that is the first lodging with no toilet paper I ever encountered.

Negatives: There wasn't soap in the bathroom, I had to wait 15 minutes to get checked out, there was hair all over the floor in my room

Negatives: Our room still had old pop bottles in the fridge from the previous tenants. The facility was disgusting. Our hotel room was not properly cleaned. The toilet had old urine on it, but the seat was lifted as if it were "cleaned." Old hair in the tub and what looked be blood on the ceiling. And the hotel had what looked to be homeless people hanging around it at all times outside, making you feel very uneasy walking to an from your car.

Negatives: Very dirty in and around the hotel probably 200 piles of dog poop around the property no doggy bags
