I was very pleased with the temperature and the ease and comfort of being able to adjust the temperature to my preference.
Negatives:
I think that the staff could've been more hospitable. I'm a very small person and had great difficulty struggling with my luggage. It would have been really nice if the staff were more compassionate and tentative to accommodate guests that might need a little assistance. I was however grateful that upon asking for a trolley that a member who seemed to be on break was very helpful and assisted me without hesitation. It was not apparently busy upon my arrival but, I felt that the staff at the check-in desk were highly unprofessional and possibly too immature to greet their guests with the hospitality that the hotel brand is known for; the service experienced would be expected from a hotel with a much lower rate.

Our room was very clean and in working order. There was nothing that needed "repaired", often times, it seems that you find rooms that need something. The bed was comfortable and the pillows weren't flat as pancakes!
The staff was very helpful and texted us several times asking us if we needed anything and just making sure we were satisified customers - which was very much appreciated!
