the staff at breakfast were not the friendliest and liked to nickel and dime… for example, they wanted to charge 4 dollars for six ounces of milk for my son’s bottle and charged my mom an additional three dollars as she paid in cash.

The customer service was fantastic. It was very clean and the lobby was inviting. The shuttle service was A+++. Both drivers were professional and personable.

The room had a weird smell when we got there --only for abt an hour. It dissipated once we had the AC on and when we got back from dinner.
