Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown

Negatives: The hotel desk staff were horrible. Very short and rude. We came into contact with 3 different ladies and they were all horrible. Had to pay for parking after the reservation was made. Had I known, I would have booked somewhere else.

Negatives: didn't like the fact they wanted to charge $10 per pod of coffee for the in room coffee pot, they changed $20 for parking then to find out that the cars get broken into every night some get stolen. the pillows stunk like 4 week old body odor, the room cost $133.00 and they claim you get breakfast then the next morning they want to charge $18 per plate and charge again for coffee, had to get Lysol because we found out through a maid the place has bed bugs, the front desk girls pass the blame onto the next shift.

Negatives: There was nothing we didn't like about the room. Parking would have been nice to not have to pay for when you are paying for the room at the hotel. They actually charged us twice for parking insisting we had two vehicles. My sister and i actually drove together in her car. We only had one car but was charged twice because we were told we had two vehicles. The manager i spoke to was not very professional or nice at all. I called the Hilton number and talk to someone else they filed a case and i was reimbursed my parking that they overcharged for.

Negatives: no free breakfast increase price for game night

Negatives: The staff were incredibly rude, the hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos advertised. We paid for a room with a walk-in shower and got a bathroom smaller than a gas station bathroom. They charged us for everything. They charged us to park at their hotel, as if we had another choice because there wasn't anywhere else to park. They charged 18$ a plate for food that was cold and tasteless. If we wanted to buy a drink or a rice Krispy treat we were charged OUTRAGEOUS prices for those. There were only 2 nice staff members. The lady at the desk when we first checked in at 12am was so rude and had no bedside manner whatsoever. I am disgusted and beyond angry with the greed and rudeness of this place. I'd appreciate it if this website would remove the photos they have of this hotel because it looked nothing like the photos.

Negatives: Too much trouble getting in & out to park. Worrying with a voucher each morning for breakfast that was included. No way to get coffee/tea/water after breakfast

Negatives: We didn't eat breakfast; my booking said it was included; when I asked at check-out they said it was an additional charge. That was disappointing. $20/person for breakfast is ridiculous
