decent hotel, good location

The shampoo, conditioner were low and the shower gel was empty. Wish we had a toothbrush. Restaurant and bar were not always open. Nothing horribly bad, just things we wish were available, for the price of the room.

The location was fantastic. It’s large and the room was spacious.

I had requested a crib when I booked, called and confirmed the day before my trip and verified at check in that I needed a place for my baby to sleep. It took over 3 hours to get the pack and play and my baby wasn’t able to sleep for over an hour past his bed time.
The pool water was filthy. It looked like a family had gone in covered in sunscreen and used the pool to clean off. I know this isn’t the staffs fault but there should be a shower prior to entering rule with a shower available in the pool area to rinse off. Also it should have been closed off and cleaned thoroughly.
