We stayed in the hotel evidently after a storm and there was a huge family staying too, pretty much took up pool, hot tub and weight room they were a bit loud and had all spaces used up

Pillows on bed felt like they were filled with newspaper or leaves. Air conditioner turned off and on every five min and ran for five min. Causing a loud clicking noise all night. It was too hot in the room to shut down and would not go into constant on to eliminate problem.

Three trip to the front desk to get a working room key. Dirty room, clumps of black hair coming out of the shower drain. Bed sheets were put on inside out. Morning front desk staff were rude & not helpful at all.
