Was not able to pay our bill with cash. Had to be card payment. The keurig coffee maker was broken, did t get replaced while we were there. The shower didn’t work correctly. And the shower was dirty. Couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room.

I didn’t think the staff was over welcoming! The reason I booked this hotel vs a less expensive one is bc of the hot tub and it was not even working! We didn’t have service to the room and our remote and tv didn’t work correctly!
