Booked this room solely for the hot tub, and once we arrived and took the kids down to the pool we notice the hot tub was out of order and by the looks of it , had been for quite some time. Was very dissatisfied, and would have picked another hotel knowing if was advised on the website

The people were very nice And helpful. The hotel was super clean. The area felt safe. When we go back to the area, we will stay in the same hotel, as It was perfect for our needs.

The coffee pot in the room exploded on me, I told the man at the front desk and he wrote it down. Im pretty sure that if it wouldve happened to someone else they would have threw a fit. Not only did Coffee spots get on my new shoes, but also my shirt and pants which I was wearing for the day to drive home. When I went downstairs and told the desk that there was a mess up there and I couldnt clean it up I explained what happened. He was very sympathetic.

I actually loved it. I live how deep the in suite whirlpool is and I love how small and intimate the swimming pool is. This one is a bit more expensive than my other options but I always choose this one anyway.
