Negatives:
I don’t understand why the breakfast buffet was something that we had to purchase. I was under the impression that it was included in the stay. So I was very surprised that I had to pay $17 for two pieces of bacon, a little bit of eggs and a pancake. Most breakfast buffets are included in the hotel cost. The bar area was messy also and had personal items laying around behind the bar. Was just not a very neat appearance.

We loved that the room was near the back elevator that pretty much led to the restaurant. This was our fourth time staying here and the bartender at the restaurant remembered us. What makes this hotel the best place to stay if you are going to a baseball or basketball game is that it is right across the street from both stadiums. Can't wait to return.
Negatives:
Items in the general store are a bit overpriced, the weather was not great so we weren't able to walk to a store as we have done in the past. Without being able to walk to a store we were forced to purchase overpriced items.

Beds were comfy. Rooms were large.
Negatives:
Not too handicapped friendly had to walk up stairs or downstairs to our rooms. Breakfast was included, but no service this was at 900am They had a buffet but pretty empty chaffing dishes, I got last plate. My wife got up after I returned and no plates had to wait. Also no eggs, french toast cold. 10 tables at least sitting with dishes on them and they remained that way while we were there. To make room waitress took plates and placed on another table. The front desk manager ended up serving us coffee and then checked us out later.

Why was I charged twice?...
Positives:
The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the courtyard.
Negatives:
The hotel rooms could use some maintenance, and the room could have been a little cleaner. For example, the bottom of the washroom door was damaged and dirty, the cushion on the chair was stained, and the headboards had a stain on them, too.
