Positives:
The hotel was right across the street from the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse where we went to see a concert, so that was great! And it was right in the center of everything in the city!
Negatives:
We paid a ridiculous amount for our room because of all the events going on downtown that weekend and our bathroom was pretty dingy and dirty and overall the hotel wasn't especially clean.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was right across the street from progressive field.
Negatives:
The elevators. They were very hot. Also, they bounced around a lot. It's time to update them. We weren't the only ones that thought this. Everyone we rode with made comments (not good ones) about them.

Property was a good location just not very clean and there is no parking on site. They told us our car would be taken to a lot 8-10 minutes away and that they couldn’t guarantee 100% that it wouldn’t get broken in. Also the first room they put us in was the vested with a flying bug. The second room the AC was loud and the unit had mold all over it.

Positives:
Great value for a nice, modern hotel in the city center. Great for tourism as it's next to the baseball park and the basketball arena and short walk to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Huge room, quiet, nice beds and linens. One of the best value hotels on a multi-week road trip through the Midwest.

Everything was great. No complaints.
