Positives: The location is great!

Negatives: 1. It is noisy like a construction site. Doors slammed closed nonstop from 5:00am. 2. Coffee is purely water. Staff is notified but it takes longtime. The coffee was refilled after I am down with breakfast. 3. Comforters and sheets smell stinky. 4. The room smells really bad. Not cigarettes but the smell of non cleaning room and sheets.
