Positives: Beautiful building, from the gilded age.

Negatives: The double beds in the room were not queen size, they were the narrowest beds we’ve seen, very hard for two people to sleep on. Rooms are dated, most rooms are not on the Arcade building, but rather on two attached, drab looking towers. Bathrooms are quite spartan, we waited ten minutes to get hot water.
