Positives:
This was our first trip to Cleveland, OH. Friendly and professional staff greeted us upon arrival and check-in. We enjoyed the street view (more natural lighting) from our assigned room. We equally enjoyed the convenience of the cafe and pizza eatery that adjoin the property. Other eateries and bars are in close proximity and easily accessible on foot. Overall, we had a solid, wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade.
Negatives:
The Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade is an older, historical property. The creaks that exist in the flooring is the one annoyance that detracted from the quietness of the room.

Positives:
I loved that our room opened onto the Arcade which is simply spectacular. I loved that the hotel is walking distance to many attractions.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that the view out our windows was horrible but there isn’t much they can do as the hotel is sandwiched between two buildings. I didn’t like that the hotel only had creamer packets. I bought coffee every morning at the coffee shop on the ground level of the arcade. When we arrived, there was food left on a table. That made me question how thoroughly they clean between guests.

Hallway is extremely hot, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and checking in was a disaster; don't use a debit card. I was charged twice for the same room , but the staff kept insisting I was charged once even though I pulled up my bank statements. It took several hours to resolve it. I had the same issue the following day. Parking is $48 per day! I paid 2300 for 3 rooms, you would think with the mixed up the hotel will comp something, but nothing was offered, not even a bottle of water. Check out took over a half hour..unfortunately, I'm not sure if this mess was due to their computer system, lack of training or is this Hyatt new way of conducting business.
