The staff really helped me when I needed it.

The room was extremely dirty. I found rubbish in the room.
In the bathroom the bathtub had at least 6 strains of someone's hair. There was pink shampoo stain on one side of the bath tub as well as a ring of dried dirt at the bottom of the tub. It was so bad I didn't feel I could use the bath/shower.
